About Dr. Steenblock & Stem Cells

Unlike most doctors here in the US Dr. Steenblock concentrates on identifying the causes & contributors to a patient’s health concerns and issues. One of the reasons he does this so well is that his original work as a physician was as a pathologist (An expert in uncovering the cause of human disease & death.) In addition, he has focused much of his time and energy over the past forty years on both identifying and removing toxic influences & other things that impede or retard recovery & restoration, and finding gentle, natural products that support the body’s own innate healing mechanisms (as opposed to saddled his patients with harsh drugs that produce all kinds of side effects.) And, being a medical innovator by nature, he has come up with an endless succession of truly novel and highly effective methods for getting healing results, even in people who have failed to respond to the “latest & greatest” that other doctors have tried.

During the early part of this decade Dr. Steenblock began to work increasingly with cerebral palsy case. As part of this he became a consultant to one of the premier umbilical cord stem cell treatment clinics in Mexico. In this role he helped bolster the activity of stem cells as well as helped those who received them give all the mileage they could out of them .

As part of this line of pioneering work he participated in one of the first clinical pilot studies ever carried out on cord blood stem cells for CP in children, which was written up and published in the journal Medical Hypotheses & Research. In addition, he co-authored one of the very first lay-level English language books on umbilical cord stem cell therapy, a book which drew on the often fabulous responses of patients treated in Mexico by Dr. Steenblock’s associates.

Then, during 2005 he began to harvest stem cell-rich bone marrow from patients and give it back to them by intravenous (IV) drip and other means. Many young people with CP, such as teenage Emily, had these whole bone marrow transplants and had phenomenal responses. This line of work is on-going at Dr. Steenblock’s Clinic.
